Açai Bowl

This is a great summer breakfast and so easy to make. Just blend and enjoy.

Açai Bowl 

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen berries
2 tbsp açai powder
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tbsp psyllium husks (optional)

Method:

Pre freeze the banana the night before by peeling the banana and chopping it up into slices and placing in a container in the freezer.

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Serve topped with my Paleo Granola, fresh berries, coconut or whatever you want.
