Chia Strawberry Parfait

Chia Strawberry Parfait

This recipe will need to be made the night before so that the chia seeds have time to absorb the liquid.


Serves 2

200ml milk
60 g chia seeds
1/4 cup (60ml) full fat cream
1/2 cup very ripe and sweet strawberries
2 tsp honey (optional)


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 10 seconds.

Pour into 2 glasses, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Top with banana and Paleo Granola.
