This is a great way to get extra greens into your day!
When your bananas are over ripe, peel and cut them up and store it in a plastic container in your freezer
2 ice cubes of frozen spinach (or small handful of fresh spinach)
1 banana, frozen
3/4 cup Kombucha
2cm knob of ginger, peeled
1 celery stick
1 small apple OR pear, core removed
1 tsp organic spirulina or super greens powder (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
If you are not using frozen banana or frozen spinach then you may like to add a couple of ice block to get a better temperature and consistency.
